When a creator authorizes FIYAPlatform to promote their content, FIYAPlatform may publish or distribute approved promotional material through FIYAPlatform-controlled accounts or third-party platforms.

For example, FIYAPlatform may use services such as Pinterest to publish approved images, videos, music-related promotional material, descriptions, and links directing users back to FIYAPlatform.

FIYAPlatform will use creator content for these promotional activities only when FIYAPlatform has the right or permission to do so.

Third-party platforms process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

9. Payments and Payouts

When FIYAPlatform provides payment or payout functionality, some financial information may be processed by third-party payment providers.
