FIYAPlatform Terms of Service

1. FIYAPlatform Community Purpose

FIYAPlatform is a community for AI music creators, hybrid human and AI creators, listeners, reviewers, and supporters. FIYA is not a storage site, passive upload shelf, or place to post music and disappear. Members are expected to participate honestly and help music move through real listening, feedback, sharing, voting, reviews, and other meaningful platform activity.

2. Eligible Music and Content

Music submitted to FIYA must be AI-generated music or a genuine hybrid human and AI creation, unless FIYA expressly approves another use. You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, malicious, or otherwise harmful to FIYA, its members, advertisers, or the public.

3. Your Account and Responsibility

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your account information accurate. Do not share your account credentials, impersonate another person, create accounts to evade limits or enforcement, use bots or automation, or interfere with platform security or operations.

4. Creator Ownership and FIYA License

Creators retain ownership of the music, lyrics, artwork, and other content they submit. FIYA does not claim ownership of creator content. By submitting content, you grant FIYA a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce as technically necessary, stream, display, promote, and operate that content through FIYAPlatform and its normal service features.

You may remove your content using available FIYA tools or by contacting FIYA Support. Removal from public display may not immediately remove limited copies retained for backups, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or enforcement of these Terms.

5. Rights, Permissions, and Submissions

You may submit only content you own or have the legal authority to use and submit. You are responsible for all required rights and permissions, including rights in compositions, sound recordings, lyrics, samples, beats, vocal performances, artwork, cover songs, collaborative works, and any third-party tools or source material used to create the content.

By submitting content, you represent that your submission does not violate another person's rights or an agreement that applies to you. FIYA may request information about ownership or permissions and may remove or restrict content while a concern is reviewed.

6. Upload Points, Sidebar Activity, and FIYA Visibility

Upload Points, activity requirements, FIYA Visibility, and related benefits exist to support a healthy, active community. Members seeking upload access, score benefits, or FIYAPay eligibility are expected to complete meaningful sidebar activities and follow the current rules shown by FIYA. FIYA may change activity requirements, point values, limits, eligibility rules, and program features as the platform develops.

Artificial, repetitive, self-serving, automated, or low-quality activity may be filtered, reversed, excluded, or treated as a violation of these Terms.

7. Respect for Other Creators' Music

Unless you have permission from the applicable rights holder, you may not copy, download, rip, reproduce, redistribute, sample, remix, publish, sell, upload elsewhere, train an AI system on, or create derivative works from music or other creator content found on FIYA. Listening through normal FIYA features does not give you ownership, a license, or permission to reuse another creator's work.

8. Advertising and Platform Integrity

Members may support FIYA advertisers through genuine interest, but may not click, refresh, view, or interact with advertisements to artificially increase advertiser costs, platform revenue, FIYAPay value, points, or any member benefit. Do not use bots, click exchanges, paid traffic, incentives, repeated self-activity, or any deceptive method to create traffic or engagement.

9. Content Review, Removal, and Enforcement

FIYA may review, reject, limit, disable, remove, or refuse any content or account, with or without notice, when FIYA reasonably believes it violates these Terms, presents a rights, safety, fraud, advertiser, quality, or platform-integrity concern, or uses FIYA primarily as passive storage or link dumping. FIYA may also suspend or terminate access, reverse ineligible points or benefits, and cooperate with lawful investigations where appropriate.

10. FIYAPay and No Guaranteed Revenue

Creating or maintaining a FIYA account does not create a right to revenue, payment, or FIYAPay earnings. FIYAPay is not guaranteed. It depends on eligible verified activity, available revenue, current program rules, and completion of required payout and verification steps. FIYA may exclude suspicious, invalid, duplicate, artificial, or non-compliant activity from FIYAPay.

FIYA Visibility and other activity measures may affect upload-related benefits and program eligibility under current rules. FIYA may update FIYAPay rules, eligibility, calculations, and available payment methods as the platform changes.

11. Account Deletion and Remaining FIYAPay Balance

Before permanently deleting an account, a member with an unpaid FIYAPay balance of $6.00 through $24.99 may contact FIYA Support to request a manual payout. Subject to verification and eligibility, FIYA may issue that payout through Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal. Any applicable PayPal processing fee may be deducted from the payout.

Any unpaid FIYAPay balance of $5.00 or less at account deletion is cancelled and returned to the FIYA community revenue pool. Members with a standard cashout-eligible balance should complete cashout before deleting their account. A payout request must be made and resolved before deletion. Once account deletion is complete, FIYA cannot recalculate, restore, or later pay an unverified balance because the account activity and underlying account data are erased.

12. Disclaimers and Limits

FIYAPlatform is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by applicable law, FIYA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific results, creator exposure, listener activity, revenue, or the preservation of content. You use FIYA at your own risk and are responsible for keeping your own copies of content and records.

13. Your Responsibility for Claims

You are responsible for claims, losses, or disputes arising from content you submit, your use of FIYA, or your violation of these Terms. You agree to cooperate with FIYA if a rights holder, advertiser, platform provider, or authority raises a claim connected to your content or conduct.

14. Changes to These Terms

FIYA may update these Terms as the platform, technology, community rules, payment programs, or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date will reflect the current version. Continued use of FIYA after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
